Leadership Development with an eye to the Future of Banking
The Future Summit
February 6 - 8 2024 at the MGM Detroit
A dynamic credit union conference created to provide professional development on a broad scope of topics for current and emerging industry leaders.
Goal: To provide an excellent networking & professional development opportunity to Michigan credit union professionals. A new combination of Industry trends and Leadership development.
Who Should Attend: Credit union executives, leaders and managers both current and emerging. CUES Members and non-members are welcome. The opportunity includes the 200+ credit unions in Michigan, 200+ credit unions in Ohio, 100+ credit unions in Indiana. Young Professionals will also participate through the FUEL group and greatly adds to the diversity of credit unions attending.
In 2024 we will explore the outlook for what is happening in the industry with:
· Forward Thinking, learning best practices
· Leadership development
· Foster networking and collaboration between credit unions
· Develop future leaders through the partnership with the Fuel program
· Identify industry challenges, headwinds, emerging risks
· National-caliber conference right in our own backyard
